 The Bridge exhibit came out of the partnership between Fermanagh New Horizons and The Cavan Day Group. The partnership developed the idea of making a bridge from a group discussion on the theme of crossing the border. They felt that the sculpture in many ways represented their own experience of taking part in the project in that it was symbolic of their meetings and hope for the future. The sculpture was created by members of the New Horizons Group whilst the poem came from the Cavan Day Group. |
