Activity Day 3
Visit to Old Dromod Railway Station on the Cavan-Leitrim Railway.
The children from St. Mary's Primary School Teemore and Fairgreen National School, Belturbet visited the Old Dromod Railway Station.
They learned about the old railway lines, trains, buses and aeroplanes.
Here the children are about to take a train journey on one of the engines at the site. A small section of railway track, which the engine can run on, is still within the grounds. |
