| Description |
|
A police line and barricade erected across the entrance to the main street, East Bridge Street, at the top of the Queen Elizabeth Road, Enniskillen during a People's Democracy march. The purpose of the barricade was to prevent the marchers going through the main thoroughfare of the town. The People's Democracy was a civil rights movement which gathered momentum towards the end of the 1960's.
