Emigration did hit like. It hit just the same as every other area. A lot of the youth, after the war, they emigrated, went to England and America, some of them to Australia. They all moved out. It hit hard, like nobody stayed except somebody that was going to stay on lands, and look after lands. Some people did stay and work with local farmers or got jobs locally but the biggest majority went, moved out altogether and didn't come back.
