Title Old County Councils in Fermanagh.

Description The structure of the council has changed immensely. In my father's years, they had four District Councils. They had one in Irvinestown, one in Lisnaskea, and one in Enniskillen, and then the County Council was the overall, the umbrella body, the overall body of all these councils and he was secretary of that, and at that time the administration of the education system was done from the County Council, and agriculture also. In fact, he, being secretary of the county council, was also secretary of the education and the agricultural committee in Fermanagh and the County Show and a lot of other things. There were a lot of things burdened on him at that particular time. It was quite different from what it is now.
