| Title |
Boxty at Halloween. |
| |
| Description |
Boxty is a traditional dish, it's a traditional County Fermanagh dish. It's made around Halloween and it's a long drawn out process, and rather messy to see it made, but very very tasty. It's a combination of cooked potatoes and raw potatoes mixed with flour, milk, salt and soda, and all bound up together and put into little scones and put in to a pot of boiling water and boiled for about 20 minutes and then sliced and fried. It is a lovely tasty dish.
