| Title |
No summer holidays. |
| |
| Description |
We were never away anyway. I mean, we would go to Bundoran, maybe, for an afternoon. But we had no such thing as holidays. I mean, you didn’t have any wild notions at all [laughs], and you would never envy anybody who had a holiday, y'know? You would just take it for granted that your parents couldn’t afford it, and that was that, y'know? Or they didn’t do it themselves, so you wouldn’t expect it. Got the day in Bundoran, and that’s all they ever took.
