Mission Masses. |

| Description |
Margaret Flanagan: And then the priests have a different way of goin' on now too, they don’t preach the big severe sermons they used to preach, I used to love that.
Interviewer: Did you like those?
Margaret Flanagan: Oh I used to love that. Do you know what it is, you’d nearly be afraid goin home the big sermons we used to get at the missions. Oh glory, we used to have a mission every week at St. Michaels in Enniskillen and we wouldn’t miss that not for anything and the poor priest used to have their hankies out wiping the sweat off their brows, oh anything like and they’d be whacking the pulpit and oh and you’d be afraid of your life to say hello to a fella after. It used to be great crack!
