Tullyveela National School is a four teacher school situated in the townland of Tullyveela in the parish of Corlough, West Cavan. It is located in a beautiful tranquil setting not far from the Leitrim and Fermanagh borders. The present school opened in 1965 and was an amalgamation of four other schools in the parish. The children have a great interest in Gaelic football, hurling, camogie, basketball, athletics, soccer and Irish dancing. We are hoping to have a new school built within the next year and a half on a site opposite St Patrick's Church, Corlough.
