Saturday 12 September is the feast day of St Molaise, the founder and patron saint of Devenish Island and Inishmurray Island.ย ย Also known as Laisrรฉn of Devenish and Mo Laisse, he died in 564 and was one of the Twelve Apostles of Ireland educated under St Finnian of Clonard.
To mark the occasion, well-known Fermanagh storyteller, writer and historian ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฎ๐ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฐ ๐๐ป๐ป๐ฎ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ต will lead guided tours on Devenish Island from ๐ญ๐ญ๐ฎ๐บ ๐๐ผ ๐ฑ๐ฝ๐บ.
